Presented is a wonderful quality English Georgian sterling silver serving spoon. This piece dates to 1805.
The spoon has a long handle with an Onslow or Scroll style terminal. The bowl of the spoon is long and pear shaped.
This piece is in great condition. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no cracks, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs. This piece is hallmarked on the underside with the lion passant for sterling silver, the leopard's head crowned for the city of London, the date letter K for 1805, and King George III's head duty mark. The spoon is about 12 inches long.
