The ladle is 13 1/4 inches long, and the fluted shell bowl is 3 ½ inches across. It has a classic scroll headed handle, with the cast scroll attached to the stem with a slip joint. The piece has not been monogrammed. It has four badly pinched marks on the stem, with the date latter, leopard's head and lion passant partially visible and the maker's mark completely squashed. Condition on the piece is fair. There is one fairly long split in the bowl, and there is evidence of numerous old repaired splits elsewhere on the bowl. The handle is slightly wavy as well. It has a nice patina. Still an interesting old Georgian ladle! This item is in the category "Antiques\Silver\Non-U. The seller is "spoonman68" and is located in this country: US. This item can be shipped worldwide.
