This is a beautiful Georgian Era sterling silver double ended marrow scoop / serving spoon. This is a pretty rare piece and it is definitely old.
I just polished it up a little bit. It looks like it had light use only. It is solid sterling silver. This is in excellent condition with no damage or monograms.
