The handle of each of the pieces is hallmarked with the lion passant for sterling silver. The back of the fork is marked'Firth Stainless Made in Sheffield England'.
The set is in great overall condition. There is some surface wear throughout, but nothing excessive. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs. The blade of the knife and the tines of the fork have been replaced, they are not original to the set. The knife is about 10 1/2 inches long. The fork is about 9 5/8 inches long. The set weighs 184 grams.
Considering the stainless steel blades, not all of this weight is sterling silver. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution. This item is in the category "Antiques\Silver\Non-U. The seller is "robertcharlessilver" and is located in this country: US.
