For sale are two fine pairs of English sterling salt & pepper shakers by maker RC. The shakers are 4 1/4 inches tall by 1 5/8 inches in diameter and together weigh a hefty 352 grams. They have a classic Georgian form, with slip-in lids. The shakers have not been monogrammed. They are marked on the feet with an [RC] maker's mark and London hallmarks for 1929-30. The lids are fully hallmarked on the rims as well. Condition on the set is quite good.
